1833 Robert Mills U.S. Custom House. Oldest operating custom house in the nation designed by America's first Federal architect, Robert Mills. Its front doors were made from planks of the frigate Constitution. Extensive nautical exhibits and programming as New London's Maritime Society continues a $1 million restoration.
